Bio:
Nathan Farb is a photographer and multi-media artist. His work has been shown by and acquired by MoMA. Twelve photographs were recently acquired by J. Paul Getty in LA.
The cultural revolution of the late 60s, Summer of Love, photographs were made as a participant journalist and will be published as a zine by Tritone Press soon. His work have been featured many times in The NY Times Magazine, Rizzoli’s 1985,NYC The Adirondacks made him a preeminent interpreter of the natural world. He did 3 more books with Rizzoli including The Galapagos. His book The Russians, 1980 Dumont Verlag, Koln, Germany established him as an important portrait artist. Russian poets and novelists say Farb’s images stand with the great Russian novels. That book was published in 5 countries and excerpted in magazines throughout the world.
